Invitation to our Transition Meeting

You are warmly invited to our Year 6 - 7 Transition Meeting

One of the things that we have been working on is how to further enhance the transition of students from one school to the next.  

Next Wednesday afternoon the Year 6 teachers from Sunnyhills and Elm Park are coming to Farmcove Intermediate staffroom to meet with Farmcove teachers about our Year 7 students.  This will be an opportunity to talk informally with the previous year’s teachers about the Year 7 students.  

Venue: Farmcove Intermediate Staffroom

Date: Wednesday 6^th March

Time: Light refreshments available from 3.00.  Discussions begin at 3.30.

Attendees: FCI classroom teachers, Year 6 teachers from Elm Park and Sunnyhills, and interested staff from Pakuranga College
